2-year motorhome and camper van warranty
New Westfalia camper vans are covered by a full 2-year warranty across the manufacturer’s network, from the date of delivery to the customer. The warrnaty covers any damage or malfunctions in the van and the living area.
All our new Westfalia vehicles, whatever the range, whatever the base vehicle, and whatever the price, come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
We have a warranty covering:
- The base vehicle of your motorhome or camper van, provided by the chassis manufacturer (VW, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Fiat, Man)
- The living area, the fittings for your motorhome or camper van, supported by Westfalia
How do I make a warranty claim?
Repairs under warranty must be carried out at one of our partner dealerships. Our Westfalia network has almost 100 authorised dealerships in France and Europe, confirming the promise of proximity and the quality of Westfalia’s sales and after-sales service.
You will be welcomed in one of our dealerships distributing the Westfalia brand of your new motorhome or camper van, subject to diagnosis, request for acceptance of warranty claim with the manufacturer and availability of parts.

A final word of advice: to benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty and extended warranty, your vehicle’s maintenance booklet must be up to date. This simply means that regular servicing of your camper van must be carried out on schedule.
Extended motorhome and camper van warranty
Extend the manufacturer’s warranty on your Westfalia vehicle! The extended warranty covers repairs (parts and labour) as specified in the contract, breakdown assistance and towing, as well as the loan of a vehicle in the event of a breakdown.
This warranty extension is only available for the Club Joker Urban van and all motorhomes.
